This site in the centre of Low Bentham had previous planning permission, and we were approached by a local developer to re-design the site to maximise the potential and return on investment with our commercial architecture.
The site is steep and time was taken to develop a layout that overcame potential issue with retaining walls, access and overlooking.
The design of each dwelling was carefully considered and traditional materials and features used to allow the properties to blend with the Village surroundings.
The resulting development of 5 luxury detached dwellings is lovely. The homes are modern and spacious, with great connection to the gardens and views across the Village.
The dwellings were built with energy efficiency in mind and feature high levels of insulation, and low carbon energy saving heating systems.
