This was a historic barn from the 1800’s in the centre of Cockerham, and we used our barn conversion skills to create a luxury family home. Working closely with the Developer the exterior was renewed and refurbished, whilst the interior was transformed into a modern spacious home, with plenty of natural light and features a lovely open plan family room. We recently gained further planning permission for two more new build detached luxury houses on the remaining land surrounding the barn.
